The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and it was the perfect activity for our adventurous family. We also enjoyed taking our fishing gear down to the nearby pier and casting our lines into the sparkling blue waters. It was such a peaceful and relaxing experience, and the kids were thrilled when they reeled in their first catch! The canoeing option was another highlight of our stay. Paddling along the tranquil river was a great way to bond as a family and soak in the stunning surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better place to connect with nature and create lasting memories together.
For dads, it would be great if the cottage had a designated play area for the children.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this beautifully restored boathouse. The ocean views were absolutely spectacular and made our romantic escape extra special. The house itself was well presented and very comfortable, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the location was perfect, with the beach only a short distance away and plenty of opportunities for scenic walks along the coast.
While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher and a freezer part in the fridge.

Plus, the location was ideal, with restaurants and bars within easy reach. The Boathouse On The Atlantic Sea Villa is a little gem that I would definitely recommend.
Despite a minor issue with the keys and no response from the host regarding a late check-out and a transaction question, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the home were really good. The modern cottage-style decor was a hit, and the outdoor space was great for the children to play.
